Robert S. Douglass - Chief Executive Officer

    Mr. Douglass, was instrumental in the 1990 and 1996 acquisition of Lexington Steel, joining the Company as both C.E.O. and shareholder in 1990. Mr. Douglass is currently the single largest shareholder in Lexington Holdings. Prior to Lexington, Mr. Douglass had over 24 years of experience in the steel industry including five years at Leavitt Tube, seven years at National Steel Corporation as General Manager of Sales and District Sales Manager for the Midwestern Division, and 12 years at LTV Steel Company (formerly J&L Steel).

    Mr. Douglass received a B.S. degree from Bucknell University and attended the Professional Management Development executive education program at Harvard Business School

Timothy McFarland - President

    Mr. McFarland, has been with Lexington Steel since May 1979 and has served as the company's President since 1989. In his 29 years of steel service center experience, Mr. McFarland has been involved in all facets of the industry including operations, sales, and purchasing.

    Mr. McFarland received a B.A. degree in Accounting in 1976 from Western Illinois University.

William Douglass - General Manager of Sales and Administration

    Mr. Douglass, joined Lexington Steel full time in June 1991 after working part time for the Company since the first acquisition in 1990. Prior to 1990, Mr. Douglass worked two summers at Leavitt Tube. Over the past 16 years, Mr. Douglass has been involved with virtually every aspect of the Company, including customer service, operations, purchasing, sales, and accounting. He was instrumental in the creation of the current customer service department, internal procedures, the computer system, and other vital information systems.

    Mr. Douglass received a B.A. degree in Economics and Finance in 1991 from the University of Illinois

Robert Blumenschein - Vice President of Marketing and Sales

    Mr. Blumenschein, came to Lexington Steel in January 1994 with 33 years experience in the steel and coating industries. During that time, Mr. Blumenschein was heavily involved in the sales, marketing, and product management areas of LTV steel Company and PreCoat Metals Division of Sequa Corporation.

    Mr. Blumenschein received his B.S./B.A. degree in Business Administration in 1969 from Miami University (Ohio) and served as Chairman of the National Coil Coaters Associations in 1992-1993.

William Huyser - Vice President of Operations

    Mr. Huyser, joined Lexington Steel in May 1992, bringing over 37 years of steel service center experience to the Company. During his career, Mr. Huyser spent 27 years in the engineering and development of steel processing equipment and 18 years in operations management. Mr. Huyser has been instrumental in renovating the 60" Paxson Slitting Line, re-engineering the Cut-To-Length Line, and leading many of the operational improvements implemented over the past 16 years.
